Introduction to Trainer Skills (2 Days)
If you are unable to attend a five day course, we also offer Introduction to Trainer Skills. This is a short two day course which aims to provide a basic introduction to training and is ideal for those who train others in organisations.

Facilitating Learning (1 Day)
This course invites participants to analyse and experiment with the facilitation process. This transactional encounter shows how learner desires and educator priorities interact and influence each other.

Behaviour Management
To provide delegates with the necessary tools and techniques to ensure that learning rather than ‘managing’ is the key activity.

Group Work (1 or 2 Day Option)
This course is for trainers, teachers or anyone who would like to support learning through a variety of fun group work methods. This highly interactive course investigates a range of group activities and how to manage them effectively to get the best from learners.

Planning for Effective Learning (2 Days)
Good preparation is the key to success. During this 2 day course participants look at planning methods and how to write effective schemes of work and lesson plans. You will also be supported in producing a short course.

Presentation Skills (2 Days)
For those who have to deliver important presentations and wish to deliver their message effectively, with confidence and make an impact.
Our expert trainers are true professionals in their field and have experience of presenting to a great range of different audiences. They can show you how to overcome any challenges which may arise and deal with them confidently and competently.

An Introduction to Assessment (1 or 2 Day Option)
Good assessment supports the learning process. This 1 day course gives an insight into methods of assessment.
